You will facilitate monthly 'peer board' meetings of owners, managing directors and directors of privately held, non-competing companies in your area. These meetings provide a think tank setting where fellow business owners gather to discuss the business challenges and opportunities they face, in a confidential environment. In addition to facilitating TAB Board meetings, you will also provide individual business coaching sessions using TAB’s proprietary tools and processes. Working one-to-one with board members, you’ll help them create a customised strategic plan that will allow them to reach their objectives and ultimately lead their companies to greater success.
