WHILE researching his business investment options Jeremy Smith had two key requirements; good technical support and a top quality product.

Mr Smith, a former direct sales company director, said: “As with any new business you have to be prepared to put the effort in, but when you have a top quality product and excellent technical support to back you up, you do have an advantage in the market.”
Based in Richmond, North Yorkshire, his territory extends across the north of England and East Yorkshire, and his client base includes car and motorcycle dealers, garages, and caravan and motor home markets.
He added: “The initial training at head office was very good; specific to the business, yet bespoke to the needs of the individual. Having a sales background has also been very useful in building a strong customer base.”
Since its launch earlier this year the business is growing and Mr Smith is now preparing for the next stage of development which will involve staff recruitment.
