Managing director Stephen Watson said: “Over 20 per cent of the UK’s ‘For Sale’ boards are now erected and maintained by our operators, and recent worries over HIPs have made no difference to our business, with the turnover of our franchisees continuing to show a month-on-month growth.”

At any one time there are an estimated 1.5 million ‘For Sale’ and ‘To Let’ boards on display across the UK, equating to a business worth £20 million a year.

With many of the major estate agencies now using Agency Express, that means as many as 4,600 individual board movements per day across the network.

Recent recruits, attracted by the excellent earning potential and one of the most comprehensive packages and support programmes in the franchise business, have taken up territories that include Epsom, Mid-Cornwall and Belfast.
