IN THE current climate, with the property market still in a slump, a growing number of people want to sell their house quickly for cash. Property investment company Property Cashpoint may be able to offer them a solution.
The business model has been established for six years and on the back of its success, the founding company chose franchising as the best route to expansion, and is now offering a franchise opportunity to suitable candidates.
Chief executive Timon Shiner said: “Working with estate agents and home owners, their role will be to carry out a full appraisal and assessment, inside and out, of available properties. A background in property or financial services can be an advantage, but not prerequisite, as we provide all the training they need.”
With the first franchise successfully established in Kent, Property Cashpoint is rolling out a national network, with plans to have 36 franchise territories operating in the UK.
As well as training and ongoing support, franchisees benefit from the company’s national marketing strategy, as well as local marketing campaigns and support within individual territories.
Mr Shiner added: “Potential candidates will need a minimum of £35,000 in available funds, and with this opportunity we anticipate franchisees being able to achieve a relatively quick return on their investment.”
